These Terms and Conditions govern your use of rhinoautographjungle.com and any purchase you make from Rhino Autograph Jungle (“we,” “us”). By using the site or placing an order, you agree to them.

Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy, which we can accept or decline. Orders aren’t final until payment is processed. We may correct pricing or listing errors, limit quantities, or cancel an order at any time, even after it’s placed — if that happens, we’ll notify you and refund anything you were charged.

Products & Authenticity

We sell autographed sports and entertainment memorabilia, trading cards, and sealed boxes or packs. Sealed products are randomized assortments — we don’t guarantee specific contents. Where a product is described as autographed or authenticated, that’s based on the description at the time of listing; any third-party certificate of authenticity or grading is issued and stood behind by that third party, not by us.

Pricing & Payment

Prices are in U.S. dollars and can change without notice. Payment is processed securely through our payment provider (WooPayments/Stripe) — we never see or store your full card number.

Wholesale Orders

Wholesale pricing is for approved wholesale accounts only. Wholesale orders require a minimum of 10 units of a single product — no mixing different items in one order. Wholesale purchases are for resale, not personal use.

Shipping

We currently ship within the U.S. only. Once a package is handed to the carrier, risk of loss passes to you — we’re not responsible for carrier delays.

Your Account

You’re responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity on your account.

Prohibited Use

Don’t use the site for anything unlawful, to submit fraudulent orders, or to interfere with how the site runs.

Our Content

Text, images, and branding on this site belong to Rhino Autograph Jungle and can’t be used without our permission.

Liability

To the extent allowed by law, we’re not liable for indirect or consequential damages related to your use of the site or a purchase. Our liability for any claim is limited to what you paid for the product involved.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee. Disputes are handled in the state or federal courts of Davidson County, Tennessee.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect once posted here.
